Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This project was awarded through Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) method to Old Pueblo Segmental Constructors. The construction of 22nd Street from Kino Parkway to Tucson Boulevard will begin in the third period of the RTA funding. As part of the planning process, residential properties were acquired in advance of construction on the north side of 22nd Street east of the Union Pacific Railroad Bridge. These properties have been vacated and demolished and the construction of a buffer area with landscaping amenities has been completed. Design of landscape amenities (north buffer area only) start date: May 2011 Demolition of vacated houses north side of 22nd Street: June 2011 Design of landscape amenities (north buffer area only) completion date: October 2011 Roadway and bridge design start date: Summer 2012 Roadway and bridge design completion date: Summer 2019 Construction start date: Mid/Late 2025
