All questions regarding this RFQu shall be submitted in Online "Q&A" tab County will not accept verbal requests for clarifications or interpretations. Offerors must submit any questions or deviation requests through the Online solicitation portal. LICENSING: All respondents must hold a valid license of the type required issued by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors and maintain same throughout the duration of the contract term. Failure to maintain said license may be grounds for default of the contract and subsequent termination. Pima County reserves the right to reject any and all qualification statements or withhold the award for any reason. Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Superior Court- Public Service Center Tenant Improvement (XSCPSC) project located in Tucson, Arizona in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications ("RFQu"). DLR Group is the Design Professional for this project. The CMAR will work with and act as an integral part of the design team during the preconstruction phase of the project and is expected to provide constructability review and recommendations.
