Renovation of a municipal facility in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project consists of the removal and replacement of the (2) South-side Elevators serving the City Hall building. These elevator cabs serve the basement level and all 10 floors of the building. Implementation of this replacement requires new lighting, switching, heat sensors and smoke detectors in the elevator shaft, as well as replacement of existing light fixtures in the penthouse machine room above. This work is to modernize the bank of two elevators at City Hall. The modernization includes cab interior, car equipment, hall control stations, elevator machine room equipment, and other code required items as indicated in the construction documents.
