The City of Tucson is seeking proposals to establish a single award for the Annual Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Operable Wall Partitions, Divider Curtains, and manual, and motorized Basketball Hoops. These are located at buildings under the maintenance responsibility of the Facilities and Communications Maintenance (FCM) Division in the Environmental & General Services Department (EGSD). The FCM Division is responsible for providing building maintenance services at many, but not all, City owned buildings and facilities through a combination of in-house staff and contracted services. A designated FCM Representative shall coordinate the work of the Contractor and may accompany the Contractor during the performance of work to assist with access to sites and equipment and to provide appropriate and necessary assistance.
