Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Chisago City, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
For Chisago Lakes Primary School Addition and Renovation This project includes: Main office building addition, boiler replacement, ADA toilet upgrades throughout the building, and miscellaneous interior renovations within the existing building for programmatic changes. Please bring proper identification with you for building access. Additionally, attendees will need to follow the State of MN and ISD #2144 COVID-19 guidelines and safety protocol (i.e. temperatures taken prior to entrance, wearing of face coverings, maintaining social distancing, etc.) Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid, Minnesota Responsible Contractor Compliance Affidavit, as well as a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Independent School District #2144 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. The Owner requires a phased completion for this project. Substantial Completion dates accompanying each corresponding phase are as follows: Phase 1: On or before December 16, 2021 Phase 2: On or before August 25, 2021 Phase 3: On or before September 17, 2021 Phase 4: On or before March 25, 2022
