Site work for a civil project in Stanton, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 2000 ft of street and utility improvements including HMA pavement, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, and detention pond. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the City of Stanton in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of Ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
