The Port of Bellingham (Port) has issued this Request for Professional Services (RFPS) to solicit professional consulting services from qualified and experienced firms for the planning, design, and permitting of various site improvements at the Ports Fairhaven Marine Industrial Park (FMIP) a 13-acre industrial site that supports marine trades uses such as boat-building, boat repair, boat storage, commercial warehousing, and other marine-related operations. The site has known historical contamination, such as petroleum and solvents from former boat manufacturing, in soil and groundwater and is listed under the Department of Ecologys contaminated sites list. The Port reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
