As of January 10 2022, this has been awarded. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. --- The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide architectural, engineering, survey, geotechnical, archaeological, permitting, environmental, cost estimating, landscape architect, or all related services for the design and permitting of the complete removal and replacement of an existing pedestrian bridge on West Cemetery Creek. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request of Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting their qualifications relating to this work. All prospective consultants are advised any federally funded project work will be held to federal EEO requirements. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. Questions can be addressed to the Purchasing Office at the above address or by calling 360-778-7750. Persons with disabilities may request this information be prepared and supplied in alternate forms by calling (360) 778-8382. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
