This project includes the improvement of Gooseberry Point Terminal Transfer Span (Bridge No. 305) at the Whatcom County Ferry Terminals, and other work, as further described in the bid documents. The successful bidder shall comply with the Lummi Nation Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) and where applicable all other rules, regulations, and orders of the Lummi Tribal Employment Rights Commission. Award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
