PORT OF BELLINGHAM SMALL WORKS ROSTER CONSULTANT ROSTER In accordance with RCWs 39.04.155, 39.80, 53.19 and POB Resolutions 1358 & 1279, the Port of Bellingham gives notice of projected needs for Small Public Works estimated to cost $300,000 or less, and for Consulting services throughout 2022. CONSULTANT ROSTERS: Service categories include architectural, engineering, and surveying services as referenced in RCW 39.80, as well as other PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES as referenced in RCW 53.19; a list of sub-categories can be viewed on the MRSC Rosters website.
