Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This contract provides for the decommissioning of Pump Station 15 (PS 15), dewatering, installation of approximately 650' of sanitary sewer pipe from the intersection of West Smith Road and Bellaire Drive then westerly along West Smith Road to an existing sanitary sewer manhole located at the intersection of West Smith Road and Saratoga Place. Work will include decommissioning PS 15; trench excavation; dewatering; sanitary sewer pipe installation; connection to existing sanitary sewer; paving; and other work, in accordance with the Contract Plans, Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, and Standard Plans.
