As of April 28,2021 project was awarded to River City Paving, a Division of Mathy Construction for $507,837.85. Start date has not be set at this time but the completion date is October 22, 2021. The extent of the work consists of curb and gutter spot replacement, full depth street repair, milling of existing asphalt surfacing, new asphalt surfacing, new accessible sidewalk ramps, new sanitary sewer manhole, fixture adjustment and associated work for West Elm Street from Iowa Highway 150 to the alley just west of Vine Street and North Vine Street from US Highway 18 to Jefferson Street.
