Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Union, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Provide and place approximately 1090 SY of 7" thick PCC pavement on North Vine Street, between Maple Street and US Highway 18. Work includes finish grading of existing crushed stone base. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $2,000.00 per Calendar Day will be assessed for each Calendar Day that any work shall remain uncompleted beyond the specified completion date allowed. Bids will be considered by the City Council at its regular meeting at 6:00 P.M. on May 2, 2022, at City Hall, 612 Highway 150 South, West Union, Iowa. The City of West Union reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
