Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Grundy Center, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.
The extent of the work involved is as follows: Installation of public storm sewer improvements and drainage basin. Mass grading of soccer field and tennis courts. Installation of 4 HMA Tennis Courts with fencing, paving of ADA compliant PCC parking stalls and sports complex entrance walkway with sidewalk access to proposed tennis courts. The City of Grundy Center, Iowa, hereinafter called the "Jurisdiction", has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement as specified in the contract documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the office of the City Clerk, Grundy Center, Iowa, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of the Proposal, for the following described improvements Project Description: George Wilhelm Sports Complex in the City of Grundy Center (2021 Site Improvements).
