Reference number : 1467797 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-04-06 PROJECT: Demolition, deconstruction and decontamination of the barracks The City of Varennes intends to demolish, deconstruct and decontaminate the barracks which is located at 1860, route Marie-Victorin in Varennes. The work must necessarily begin in the 1 st June after the order of the City will be given after the contract award scheduled May 3, 2021 and end no later than 16 July 2021 . This turnkey contract includes, without being limited to, the demolition, deconstruction and decontamination of the barracks, all concrete works (slab, sidewalks, curbs), the two stone columns on either side of the building. the entrance to the barracks and the leveling of the land to make everything ready to build. The Contractor must perform all work implicit and not specifically described, but necessary for the perfect completion of the work. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating with all the stakeholders and professionals he has proposed in order to ensure the execution and complete realization of the project. As stipulated in section 7.00 of the Tender Form, the tenderer must ensure to include all the documents requested by the City. Failure to provide any of the requested documents could result in the bid being rejected.
