The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit bids for the parking lot replacement project at Haskell School. Direct all questions relative to this Invitation for Bid including specifications, Instructions to Bidders, and Conditions in writing to the Director of Purchasing via email at PurchasingDeptStaff@rps205.com. During the time the bid is in the open solicitation and unawarded phase, Bidders may not contact any District staff or design consultants to inquire about the bidding process or any of the details contained in the Bid Package except in writing and by email to Director of Purchasing Last RFI accepted: 12:00 P.M., April 12, 2021 Last addendum issued; 4:30 P.M., April 14, 2021 Tuesday, April 27, 2021, RPS Board Meeting Wednesday, April 28, 2021; Award/Notice to Proceed Bid Security 5% of Base Bid. Performance Bond and Labor And Material Payment Bond Furnish in the amount of 100% of the Contract after award. Rights Reserved by Owner The District reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the District, such action will serve the best interests of the District. Withdrawal of Bids No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids without written consent of the District.
