Renovation of a stadium in Rockford, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
This project consists of the replacement of a stage roll-up door at the BMO Center. All bid-related questions must be submitted in writing to: William Folk, Director of Operations wfolk@RockfordLive.com Scope of Work: o Take down and haul away old door and operator o Furnish and install new 16' x 14'6" insulated rolling steel door: 24-gauge galvanized steel slatPolyurethane insulation, minimum R-Value 7.2 Minimum 11 gauge, double steel angle bottom bar Minimum 3/16" structural steel guides Minimum 1/4 " headplates 24 gauge galvanized steel hood Steel barrel with maximum deflection of 0.03" per foot of width Powder coated Gray Inside & Outside Weather Seal Package Heavy duty Hardware package Furnish and install a new door operator: 1 HP Continuous-Duty High-Starting Torque Motor 3-Phase: 208V, 230V, or 460V 25 cycles per hour; >90 per day Logic 5.0 (solid-state circuit board) Gear-reduced (lubricated gear system) Floor-level chain hoist. Standard Brake Photo-Eyes Built-in 3-button station (Open/Close/Stop) Connect and set all o o Test all o Cleanup & Closeout Work areas must be cleaned and restored upon completion. Proposal Structure (Max: 5 Pages + Appendices): 1. Cover Letter/Certification (Signed and dated) 2.
