Site work for a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
A community engagement process will help prioritize improvements. The park renovation may include playground, park furnishings, and basketball court upgrades. Project funding comes from the 2018 Parks and Recreation Bond. No additional ongoing operating costs are expected as a result of this project. As of December 29, 2023, this project is in the FY 2023-2029 CIP. A design team has not been identified but renovations are underway and expected to be complete in 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
