Renovation of a mixed-use development in Box Elder, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,300-square-foot educational facility.
As of April 21,2021 the project was awarded to Black Hills Roofing for $338,967.00. Completion date is August 30, 2021. The Project consists of installing approximately 17,300 square feet of new membrane and insulation system over the existing tectum roof deck. Certified check, cashiers check or draft drawn on a State or National Bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bidders base Md_plus add alternates. 2. -.Pd Bond, prepared on AIA Form A310, issued by a Surety author-ized to do business in the State where the project is located and acceptable to the Owner In the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders base bid plus add alter-nates. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a contract performance bond and a tabor and materials payment bond In the penal amount of Ole hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as originally bid or subse-quently_modited. No bidder may withdraw a hid until 30 days after the bid opening, without a written request explaining the cause for the withdrawal and without a written consent of the Owner after reviewing the cause. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive an Irregulari-ties of any lam; The Owner also reserves the right to award the contrail to the lowest responsible bidder as may be determined by the Owner.
