C-65.1, r3) confirming that if the contract is awarded to the Bidder, it will issue a bond for performance of the contract and a bond for payment of pledges, materials and services, each of a value representing 50% of the contract price and in accordance with the forms provided in Annexes AC and AD of Tender documents. The project consists of replacing all the windows on the 4 facades of the UCS building located at 385 rue Sherbrooke Est. Interior repairs are planned around the windows. The project is planned to be carried out in two phases, the first will begin in spring 2022 and the second will begin in spring 2023, for the details of the schedule, see the architectural estimate. The work to be performed are described in the plans and specifications attached hereto as Appendix A and will require a receipt in accordance with Article 63, no later than 1 st October 2022 for the first phase and the 1 st October 2023 for the second phase.
