Orr & Son Inc. for $1,069,300 for General Construction and Bob Biter Electrical for $1,925,270 for Electrical Construction** ESTIMATED COST GENERAL CONTRACTOR - $1,300,000 MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - $750,000 ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR - $800,000 Work will be bid as the following Prime Contracts Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 HVAC Construction Contract No. 3 Electrical Construction Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashiers good faith check payable to the Order of Tyrone Area School District or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The right to waive any informality in any Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved.
