Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Beaverton is accepting will only accept electronic bids for the project, Construction of ADA Curb Ramp Retrofit Upgrade Project, #3767-21B. The project consists of general excavation, 350.0 cubic yards, aggregate base 2" thick, 380.00 tons, monolithic curb and sidewalk, 33,800 square feet, concrete curb and gutter, 260.0 feet, and all other work called for in the plans and specifications. The City reserves the right to add additional bid item work for repairing non-compliant sidewalk panels with-in 1000 feet of any ADA Retrofit Ramp work. The sidewalk repair will be no less than 60 square feet of Monolithic Curb and Sidewalks as defined in the Beaverton Code "5.05.018 Unsafe Sidewalks, Curb and Monolithic Curbs and Gutter. Due to the nature of sidewalk panels being damaged over the winter season because of weather, maintenance vehicles, utility work, and tree roots the sidewalk repair areas have not been identified or quantified in the bid schedule. As ADA work is completed, the City will identify and mark the sidewalk repair areas with white paint. 1. The project cost is approximately between $900,000 and $1,025,000. Questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the Bid Documents may be answered through an addendum issued to all plan holders. A bidder's failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall cause the bidder's bid to be deemed non-responsive. 7. PREVAILING WAGES. The contract expected to be awarded in connection with this solicitation is subject to the state prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 and/or the federal prevailing wage rates under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.). No Bid will be received or considered by the City unless the Bid contains a statement by the Bidder that "Bidder agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838, ORS 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148."
