As of June 18,2021. the project has been awarded with the amount of $5,521,993.40. Description: The work to be performed consists of overlaying pavement of designated streets: Aramon Dr., Chardonay Dr., Chassella Way, Malaga Way, Dolecetto Dr., Barbera Way, Lambrusca Dr., Ribier Way, Charbono Way, Chianti Ct., Zaggos Ct., Coloma Frontage (SW), Milazzo Way, and Pedro Way. Various other items of work include cold plane; hot mix asphalt; rubberized hot mix asphalt; concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements; drainage improvements; thermoplastic striping and markings; and other incidental work to be completed within the limits of work shown on the Plans. Prevailing wage rates are available via the internet and are available upon request at the office of the City Clerk located at 2729 Prospect Park Drive, CA 95670. Bidders are directed to the provisions in Section 1775 of the California Labor Code concerning the payment of prevailing wages to all workers employed in the execution of this contract. Bidders are directed to the provisions in Sections 1777.5, 1777.6 and 1777.7 of the California Labor Code concerning the employment of apprentices by a Contractor and any subcontractor performing a public works contract.
