**The owner has determined a prequalified list of General Contractor. A timeline for the request for Proposals has not yet been released, nor will the list of prequalified bidders** There are no invitations for pre-qualification at this time. Fairfax County is soliciting pre-bid qualification applications for the construction of multiple stormwater stream restoration projects at various locations. The projects will be advertised for bid individually. The bid schedule will depend upon funding availability. The estimated cost of the individual construction projects is anticipated to be in the range of $2,000,000 to $4,000,000. Approved pre-qualification applications shall be valid for one year from notification date. If any of the stream restoration projects included in this invitation are not advertised for bid within this timeframe, Fairfax County will issue a new invitation for pre-qualification. Only firms that have been pre-qualified in accordance with the procedures in this Pre-qualification Application will be eligible to submit bids for these projects. Bids received from those who have not been pre-qualified will not be considered. The Board of Supervisors of Fairfax County, Virginia reserves the right to reject any and all Applications, and to waive informalities and irregularities in the Pre-qualification Application procedure
