The Project consists of demolition of existing tank N-2A-07 with capacity of one-million gallon and construct one (1) 1.5 million gallon steel tank potable water reservoir, including following items as specified in contract documents: carbon steel welded, ground supported, flat bottom reservoir with powder coated aluminum dome roof, concrete ring wall foundation with oil-impregnated sand, internal cathodic protection system, tank connection, and overflow pipe with anti-vortex plate, flushouts and manways, exterior ladder; hatches and vents, safety climb device with ladder door lock, interior and exterior coating, tank instrumentation and control system All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov. To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above-referenced email address by April 28th, 2021 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum. Bids must be clearly addressed to the City Clerk's Office, 2330 McCulloch Blvd. N, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, 86403, and received no later than the exact time and date indicated above. Late bids will not be considered under any circumstances. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and the bidder's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope.
