In Place Paving on various roads located in Lower Mount Bethel Township, Northampton County Main Bid: 300 Tons of 60 LB/SY LEVELING 9.5MM 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL"M" 900 Tons of Wearing 1.5" 9.5mm WMA 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL "M" Alternate Bid: 293 Tons of 60 LB/SY LEVELING 9.5MM 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL"M" 879 Tons of Wearing 1.0" 9.5mm WMA 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL "M" All materials must meet PENNDOT Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders may be either a PENNDOT prequalified Prime or Sub Contractor and must supply proof of prequalification. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Lower Mount Bethel Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract and a certificate of liability insurance acceptable to the municipality prior to the start of any work. The Lower Mount Bethel Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township. PA Prevailing Wages apply to the "In Place Paving" contract.
