Renovation of a mixed-use development in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20,500-square-foot educational facility.

West Virginia University on Behalf of its Board of Governors, hereafter called "University", is initiating this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for qualified, experienced and licensed Graphic firms to collaborate with the design team for the renovation of WVU's home for Olympic Sports. The services requested include, but may not necessarily be limited to the, design, fabrication, and installation of graphic displays at the newly renovated Athletic Performance Center, previously known as the WVU Natatorium (the "Project"). The facility is located on the WVU Evansdale campus adjacent to the WVU Coliseum. This Project is a renovation of the previous WVU Natatorium, specifically the Diving and Pool area including locker/shower/restroom areas, the communicating stair and corridors. The renovation includes a strength and conditioning space, athletic training facility including a hydrotherapy space, the offices of the support staff for both as well as renovated locker/shower/restrooms. The general areas for each are: 1. Strength & Conditioning - 9,000 SF 2.Training - 6,500 SF 3.Locker Rooms - 3,500 SF 4. Nutrition - 1,500 SF The successful Bidder and all subcontractors must pay the West Virginia Department of Labor Wage Rates as established for the County in which the Work is being performed, pursuant to West Virginia Code 21-5-1, et seq. in effect at the time of bid opening (currently there is no prevailing wage in effect).
