Renovation of an educational facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot educational facility.

The work consists of the renovation of the Front of House Serving Area at Morgantown High School. The scope includes replacement of all interior finishes, replacement of serving equipment, necessary upgrades to MEP systems to support the new layout and equipment, and other work indicated in the bidding documents. The work in general consists of renovation of the front of house for the serving area. Sealed bids are to be submitted, and a Bid Bond executed by the bidder and issued by an approved surety company in favor of the Owner, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid, must be included to guarantee the bidder's entrance into a contract if awarded. Only full sets of the bidding documents will be issued upon payment of a $100.00 non-refundable document access fee, with registered bidding document holders receiving addenda automatically. All requests for information, substitution requests, and correspondence must be submitted in writing to the Architect's administrative email. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for familiarization with bidding requirements. All potential bidders are required to attend; potential sub-bidders and material suppliers are also encouraged to attend.
