Constructionof 6' high chain link fence, gate, signage, clearing and, grubbing, and site grading. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $200,000-300,000. TheProject has an expected finalcompletion date of 15August2021. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of fivepercent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
