Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work for this project includes but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, and services to perform the repair work as shown on the drawings and specifications, and as described in the bid documents. The Project generally consists of the repair of structural concrete building components and surfaces exposed to water treatment chemicals and moisture, resulting in delamination from reinforcing steel corrosion (spalling), cracking, and surface deterioration. Additional work to be performed includes the application of a chemical resistive coating system to the Chlorine storage tank pedestals and containment area, resurfacing and coating a Diesel storage tank containment, concrete repair and recoating of a floor access hatch, as specified, and in accordance with the Contract Documents.
