This project consists of construction improvements to site built home, located at: 6349 SE 109th Street, Belleview, FL 34420. The square footage for this home is 800 sq. feet. Contractors are NOT ALLOWED to contact the homeowner or access the homeowner's property unless accompanied by the Community Services Project Manager. Failure adhere to this process may result in disqualification from the project. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Marion County believes that hiring done through this contract should, to the maximum extent, be offered to citizens within its boundaries that are unemployed or seeking work for the first time.
