Renovation of an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Eau Claire Area School District will be accepting bids for the Locust Lane Elementary School Reroofing project. Work includes Tear-off of existing 10,800 SF roofing and insulation and installation of tapered insulation, EPDM roofing , and associated flashing and trim. Qualified contractors are may attend a pre-bid meeting conducted by (Jeff Nestor ECASD) on April 21, 2021 at 11:00am at the main office of Locust Lane Elementary School, 3245 Locust Ln, Eau Claire, Wl 54703. Plans and specifications will be available for distribution at the pre-bid meeting. Contractors must contact (Jeff Nestor ECASD) to reserve a set of bid documents. All questions regarding the bidding procedures, design, and scope of work should be directed to: Jeff Nestor, ECASD - Phone number: 715-579-9505 or Email: jnestor@ecasd.us Bids must be received on or before April 28, 2021 at 10:00 am Local Time. Lump sum bid proposals with 100% performance bond and 5% bond security are required. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid due date. Sealed bids identified as "Locust Lane Elementary School Reroofing" may be mailed or hand-delivered to: Jeff Nestor, Facilities Planning Manager, ECASD, at 623 North Hastings Way, Eau Claire, Wl 54703. The Eau Claire Area School District reserves the right to reject all proposals not deemed in the best interest of the school district.
