CR Number: 2074728 The New York Power Authority ("NYPA" or "The Authority") is seeking proposals for the completion of Phase II of the Habitat Improvement Project located at the Little Sucker Brook Pond (LSBP) located near the southern bank of Lake St. Lawrence on State Route 37 in the Town of Waddington, NY. The work includes construction of a water control structure, fish passage system, existing culvert plugging (including at Rte. 37 and at an upstream former railroad berm), and work associated with those aspects of the project. Firms/entities are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority Electronically in order to obtain instructions on participating in submitting company information through Ariba. Commensurate experience is required for this project. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Scope of Work.
