This project includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for Contract #'s D005780, D005781, T005782 and D005783 including but not limited to all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the Long Sault Overlook Building Rehabilitation project as follows: abatement/removal of asbestos containing building materials; selective site and building demolition/removals; site improvements including concrete and asphaltic paving and landscaping work; site utility work and building utility connections; building repairs including stone veneer masonry and concrete masonry repair work; interior and exterior building finish work; toilet partitions and accessories; roofing removal and replacement; as well as building and site electrical and plumbing removals and improvements.
