The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. Major elements of the project include: 1. Renovation of the campus heating, ventilating and air conditioning system of five sites: Castle Creek Elementary School located at 1245 Avalon Park S Blvd, Orlando, FL 32828, Columbia Elementary School located at 18501 Cypress Lake Glen Blvd, Orlando, FL 32820, West Oaks Elementary School located at 905 Dorscher Rd, Orlando, FL 32818, Windermere Elementary School located at 11125 Park Ave, Windermere, FL 34786 and Wolf Lake Elementary School located at 1771 W Ponkan Rd, Apopka, FL 32712. 2. The renovation scope of individual sites may vary and include, but not be limited to refurbishment or replacement of existing air distribution equipment and the building automation system, and selected equipment and piping replacements in the central energy plant (CEP). 3. The scope of Windermere ES will also include replacement of electric water heaters.
