Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a civil project in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work includes installation of three new wellheads (Wells no. 42H, 43H and 44H) in precast concrete well houses, three new generators, associated electrical and appurtenances. Installation of approximately 1,600 linear feet of 6-inch raw water pipeline, 750 linear feet of 8-inch raw water pipeline and 1,000 linear feet of 12-inch raw water pipeline. Construction of access roads from Airport Road to the three well sites. The deadline for submitting questions is September 27, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Coordinator via email to Rob.Hart@ormondbeach.org.
