This project will be awarded in one contract as follows: Contract - General Construction Work includes obtaining all required permits, pavement planing, asphalt concrete surface course, partial-depth and full-depth pavement repair, full-depth pavement, crack sealing, pavement restriping, parking block removal, stored and replaced, catch basin removed & replaced, seeding, mulching and other ancillary items required to improve existing pavement for nine (9) School District parking lots. The work also includes three alternates for additional pavement improvements as indicated in the bid documents. Bidders shall obtain bidding documents from AA Blueprint to ensure that they receive all addenda and communications. Medina School District reserves the right to reject the proposal of any bidder not registered with AA Blueprint as a plan holder of official Bidding Documents.
