The Board of County Commissioners of Medina County, Ohio, will reject a Bid submitted without a Bid Guaranty in the amount designated and payable to the Medina County Commissioners (MCC). Submit the required Bid Guaranty in one of the following forms: A bond for the full amount of the Bid, with a corporate Surety approved by MCC. Use Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond form included herein. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit for ten percent (10%) of the Bid drawn on the account of the Bidder submitting the Bid. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, decrease or omit any items and/or award to the lowest and best bidder.
