Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Lancaster, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to remove and replace existing Trane and Carrier models (see list below) and render operational a new/unused Carrier or Trane or Agency approved equal located on the grounds of Belle Isle State Park, 1632 Belle Isle Road, Lancaster, VA 22503. Work to be completed from Monday - Friday beginning at 8:00 AM and coordinated with the park Work Completion date shall be no later than May 31, 2021. 1. Existing Units: o Visitor Center - Carrier - Carrier 25HNA648A300 o Boat Ramp Concession - American Standard - 6H4036A100A3 o Belle Isle Manor House - Trane TTBO48D100A0 * Product information shall be submitted with quote for evaluation (if an equal is being offered). 2. The Contractor shall install and render operational new/unused Carrier or Trane or Agency approved equal, specified SEER air handler units to replace the existing systems, to include new applicable refrigerant line, equipment pad should be fiberglass(or equivalent) and snow legs mounted on unit,. A new programmable thermostat is required in the Manor House and Boat Ramp Concession. 3. The Contractor shall install New/Unused 16 seer air handler with auxiliary 10kw heat strips. 4. The Contractor shall install New/Unused supply and return transitions. 5. The Contractor shall provide new condensate drain pan and condensate piping outside building foundations.
