Front of the house faces the parking lot, back of the house faces the river. Water and power are available at the work site. No restrooms on site. Contractor must provide Porta Potty on site and coordinate location with Park Manager. Equipment staging (i.e. trailer) will be allowed. Parking location must be coordinated with the Park Manager. Lifts will be allowed on the site. Access paths must be coordinated with the Park Manager. Soft power washing only to be used on this project, including siding, fence, brick foundation, gutters and down spouts. The roof must not be power washed. Window glass breakage during re-glazing must be replaced by the contractor with like in-kind (historic) glass or approved equivalent approved by Park Manager Shutter hardware should be removed from the sides and back of the house and maybe reused for missing or damaged hardware on the front of the house. All unused hardware must be returned to the park staff. All Shutters to be removed cleaned, primed and painted. Color to match existing paint and match doors. All doors to be cleaned, primed and painted. Color to match existing paint and match shutters. Soft power wash foundation bricks, steps, landings and patio at the back of the house.
