Three Rivers Health District is seeking bids to construct, renovate, and/or remodel the front office reception area to increase security measures at the Lancaster County Health Department located at 9049 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster, VA 22503. It is a requirement that this project be completed no later than Dec 31, 2024. If this date is not attainable, a written explanation must to be submitted with your bid submission. Three Rivers Health District will determine if the reasons given are acceptable for the requirements of the project. The intent of the solicitation is to have the contractor under consideration specifically address the services required to provide a well-structured and secure reception area which will include: construction, demolition, repair, installation, trimming, painting and various other duties. Detailed project specifications will be provided at the mandatory site visit listed herein. Accurate measurements can be taken at that time It is a requirement that this project be completed no later than Dec 31, 2024. If this date is not attainable, a written explanation must to be submitted with your bid submission.
