Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; residential development; residential development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

Question deadline is COB Tuesday, June 1, 2021 he deadline for written questions to be submitted on this project is close of business on Tuesday, June 15th. This project is located at 469 Hatchery Road, Usk, WA, 99180. The Usk Hatchery site is east of Kings Lake Road and north of Hatchery Road. This project consists of construction of the following single story aboveground structures: Adminis-tration Building, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) (i.e. Shop/Storage Building, Westslope Cutthroat Salvage Building, Westslope Cutthroat Rearing Building), Water Treatment Build-ing, Pumpback Station, 2 Residences, and Small Dwelling (temporary quarters). Other structures include a Creek Water Intake, a Spring Water collection system, a below-grade Water Control Box, below-grade Fire Suppression storage tanks, a covered Pollution Abatement Pond and a discharge structure. Construction of access roads, park-ing areas, stormwater facilities, and restoration of approximately 160 feet of Skookum Creek stream channel. Installation of septic system and potable drinking water system. Demolition includes removal of 2 decommissioned concrete septic tanks, a small concrete water control structure, decommissioning of up to 10 observation wells, and removal, handling and disposal of approximately 20 linear feet of buried 8-inch-diameter Transite (asbestos-cement) pipe. This Project has Project Specific Experience Requirements as described in Section 00 11 53 of the Project Manual. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is approximately $21M to 23M (before tax). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Pre-Bid Meeting - The Owner will present an overview of the project that is expected to last approximately 1 hour. Prospective Bidders may ask questions of the design/engineer-ing team and Seattle City Light project staff at the conference. All questions and responses will be published at https://seattle.procureware.com. Meeting participants will then drive to the Project Site (Usk Hatchery, 469 Hatchery Road, Usk, WA, 99180) where the Owner will conduct a site tour. The tour is expected to last for up to 1 hour, then prospective Bidders will be allowed to stay on the site as needed. No questions will be answered at the site visit. Additional questions may be submitted in writing as noted below and will be answered and published with or without an Addenda as appropriate. No Bid will be accepted from any Bidder who does not attend BOTH the mandatory pre-bid conference (presentation) and the site inspection. Sign-in at both events is required. For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a REMOTE FACILITY type of project with a Past Performance of 10% WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
