The project consists of providing traffic control and construction area signs; providing and implementing water pollution control plan; milling; adjusting utility structures to grade; installing detector loops; installing reinforcing fabric; installing traffic striping; asphalt concrete resurfacing; and the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, mechanical workmanship, transportation and services necessary to be done in order to perform a complete project.
