Seal Coat Contract : Accepting bids for the following: Approx. 122,305 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat Single Application w/CRS-2PM, approx 1,520 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat Double Application w/CRS-2PM, and approx. 42,921 SY of Asphalt fog seal. Oil Contract: Accepting bids for the following: Approx. 68,000 Gal of CRS-2; approx. 108,104 Gal of CRS-2PM; approx. 13,025 Gal of E-1 prime; and approx. 17,500 Gal of EDP. Warm Mix Paving Contract # 1: Accepting bids for the following: Approx. 784 tons of 19mm Asphalt Binder Course, and approx. 94 tons of 2A Aggregate. Warm Mix Paving Contract # 2: Accepting bids for the following: Approx. 122 tons of 25mm Asphalt Base Course, approx. 570 tons of 9.5mm Asphalt Wearing Course, approx. 5 tons of As Directed Base Repairs, and approx. 41 tons of 2A Aggregate. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract or as directed. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders or as directed. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Central Tri County Council of Government. The COG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
