Spring Sports Equipment / Supplies 2023 Any and all goods provided by the successful supplier must meet all specifications as listed in the bid sheet. When an item is marked as "NO SUB", no other product of similar characteristics may be bid. The school district reserves the right to reject such goods if received and have the responsible supplier pay the difference to the school district if another supplier must be used to attain such items It is understood that if an item is not listed as "NO SUB" that the standard of quality of the item being subbed is of equal or greater quality than the item listed. The district reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet such minimum specifications and have the responsible supplier pay the difference to the school district if another supplier must be used to attain such items. All goods must be rec All goods must be received by the Boyertown Area School District Athletic Department in acceptable condition by Tuesday, Nov 1,2022. Failure to do so or failure to notify of factory back ordered items may result in bids not being accepted in the future by said supplier. All prices provided shall include cost of delivery and will be set as final, any additional costs that incur after the bid price is accepted will be the responsibility of the supplier.
