Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of May 25, 2021, this project has been awarded to Gorecon, Inc. for $140,347.96. Scope of work: 2021 Paving Project at Municipal Building - Includes excavation for and placement of 4" of 25mm Base Course for Base Repair (appx. 345 SY), new pavement areas with 9" excavation/5" 2A subbase/4" 25mm base course (appx. 200 SY), paving for a ramp at garage door 0-8" depth over 50' x 12' area (1 LS), milling of select areas 0-1.5" (appx. 375 SY) and 9.5mm Wearing Course overlay (appx. 3,940 SY), and parking lot striping (1 LS) as specified in the Bid Documents AND Option 1 - Earl Township Park Parking lots - 1.5" overlay 9.5mm Wearing Course (appx. 8,365 SY) and parking lot striping (1 LS) A pre-bid review/inspection is required and shall be scheduled with the Earl Township Roadmaster.
