Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
A brief summary of the work involved in this Contract is for the supply and installation of sewer, watermains, water valves, roadway, curb and sidewalk reconstruction and consists of approximately: - 6200 square metres of road reconstruction - 1780 square metres of multi-use path installation - 14 linear metres of 300mm diameter watermain replacement - 590 linear metres of 200mm diameter watermain replacement - 135 linear metres of 25mm watermain service - 167 linear metres of 375mm and 300mm storm sewer installation - 203 linear metres of sewer lateral replacement and/or repair - 1450 linear metres of curb reconstruction - 1190 square metres of concrete sidewalk and approaches - 2 asphalt speed cushions - Construction of Street Lighting and associated works: - 12 Concrete lighting poles - 350 metres of conduit & cable installation - 13 Luminaire & arms - Pavement markings.
