The project includes selective demolition of existing site structures including the existing bathhouse building, existing swimming pool, and some existing utilities. The project also includes the installation of new utilities, construction of a new bathhouse building, construction of a new swimming pool and concrete pool decks, and installation of new picket fencing around the pool yard.
