This project involves approximately sixty-two (62) sanitary sewer point repairs including, but not limited to: sanitary sewer excavation spot repairs; replacement of wyes and lateral pipes; manhole installations and repairs; NASSCO compliant post-repair CCTV; location and adjustment of buried sanitary sewer manholes; and all traffic control and restoration of disturbed areas, complete in place. This project also involves seven (7) add alternate lump sum specialty sanitary sewer repairs. This project involves approximately fifty-seven (57) sanitary sewer CIPP lining repairs (approximately 10,300 L.F. of 8" to 24" pipe repairs) including, but not limited to: sanitary sewer CIPP repair, pre- and post-repair CCTV inspections; internal reinstatement of active service laterals; cutting of protruding taps; light and heavy cleaning; traffic control; and resident notification, complete in place. Pennsylvania Prevailing wage rates are required to be paid on this contract. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days beyond the time of bid opening. The Municipality of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals.
