Renovation of a transportation facility in Kent, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,320-square-foot, two-story above grade transportation facility.
As of March 22, 2022, construction is now complete. A timeline and value has been provided. This will be for furnishing the materials and performing the labor for the execution and construction of a 575 square foot fitness studio, along with a mezzanine exercise room and storage space. Spaces will be constructed within an existing bus garage. PARTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding that is in the best interest of PARTA and in accordance with all applicable laws. No bidder may withdraw their bid (other than permitted by O.R.C. 153.54) within thirty (30) days of the actual date of the opening of the bids thereof.
